360fit Blog – Free Fitness?

Quite often I hear my job is silly, nonsense, and not worth the money.
I’ve had friends post on social media about how stupid it is to pay for fitness, and how it all should be free. My own brother often says I don’t see why people would pay to get in shape!

I used to be insulted. I used to say in my head, “OK you do your job for free and see how you like it.” Now I just find it amusing.

The bottom line for anything is that you get what you paid for. If you are happy getting workout info online from someone who may not know any more than you do, that’s totally fine. I believe there is a place for everyone out there and if you are that person who wants  things for free, I’m definitely not going to be your cup of tea.

But I also think my experience and passion for fitness help many  people, and I take a great deal of pride in that. I’ve had client’s parents reach out to tell me I saved their children’s lives. I had a client who had a heart attack and his doctor told him had he not been exercising he would have been in serious trouble.

Every week I get texts and messages from clients thanking me for helping them change their lives. This is the whole reason I do what I do; changing people’s lives!

It’s never been about money, or reputation for me. When I change someone’s life, that makes every early morning and late night worth it!

When people post or make comments to me or on social media about how my job isn’t necessary, shouldn’t cost money or isn’t worthwhile I just smile. Anyone who spends any time with me, or in 360fit, knows there is no other gym like us. Our clients truly are our family and we are all about them!

Come try us out and see what a gym that cares about you is all about, and how we are worth the money!
