There is no better way to really push your limits than hitting your legs hard! In fact that’s usually the reason many people don’t like to work legs as its hard.
But when it comes to fat burning, and bang for your buck, nothing get that heart racing more than legs.
Here’s part four in my 20 Min workout series, leg blast day.
Get warm before starting this, a short jog etc, just to make sure you are good and warmed up before you get rolling.
Squats 30 reps
Lying Hips Raises (on you back knees at 90 degrees, lift your butt up as high as you can) 30 reps
Standing Calf Raises 30 reps
Jump squats 10 reps
Do as many rounds as you can get done in 20 Min. It’s tough but its a great way to work hard in a short time.
