Orders can be paid for using Cheque, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Paypal. Payment must be made in full prior to shipment of order. COD available on pick-up orders only.
Shipping
Orders placed online are NOT automatically charged shipping. Local orders can be picked up at your next appointment or contact us to make pick-up/drop off arrangements FREE OF CHARGE. Orders that are not local and require shipping by Canada Post can be done so by contacting us via email or phone after the order is placed (shipping estimates are given once the shipping method is chosen and will be added to cost of order).
Returns & Exchanges
There are no returns or exchanges on consumable products. Unworn clothing can be exchanged only for a different size or type of same value. Personal Training, Gift Certificates and Bootcamp packages are non-refundable but are transferable.
