Fast Steak & Asparagus Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

1-1.5 pounds sirloin grilling steak cut into thin
1 pound fresh asparagus cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 green pepper cut into thin strips
1/2 red pepper cut into thin strips
1/2 onion finely sliced
10-12 mushrooms quartered
2 tbsp. lite soya
1 tbsp. brown sugar splenda blend
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 large bag of fresh spinach
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Heat wok pan, add oil. Cook steak until cooked through, drain juices. Add veggies, cover, and cook until asparagus is tender but still a little crisp (about 10 minutes). Stir frequently.
Meanwhile steam spinach.
In a small bowl mix soya, and brown sugar splenda blend. Pour over steak/veggies when they’re finished cooking. Toss to cover everything.
Spread spinach on plate and top with steak and veggies. Salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle a little juice from the wok over top.
If you have it in…some fresh basil sliced in tiny thin strips would add a little kick!

Serve with a tossed salad.
