Ingredients:
4 chicken breast
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. light soy sauce
1 oz. dry white wine
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 each carrot diced
1 each onion diced
1 cup broccoli chopped
1 cup green beans
Instructions:
Heat pan. Add meat then add vegetables. Cook for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce, dry white wine, pepper, and lemon juice. Cook for 5-10 minutes and serve.
serve with tossed salad and steamed asparagus.
