Ingredients:
salt and pepper
1 lb. lean ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped green pepper
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Worchester sauce
1 tsp. hot sauce
Instructions:
Saute ground beef with onion and pepper, drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with tossed salad and steamed veggies.
