Ingredients:
4 haddock fillets
1/2 tsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. ground chili peppers
1 tsp. black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
Set oven to 360F.
Mix ground chili, pepper and garlic thoroughly and rub on both sides of fish fillets. Combine olive oil, lemon juice and worchestershire sauce. Pour over fish. Bake fish at 375 F for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Baste with lemon juice mixture 2-3 times during baking.
