Ingredients:
8 large mushrooms
1 package (10 ounces) frozen spinach, thawed and c
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
Wash large mushrooms and remove the stems. Chop up the stems.
Heat olive oil in pan, add the chopped mushroom stems and cook for 3 minutes then remove from pan. Add mushroom caps to pan and sauté for 4-5 minutes. Remove mushroom caps and
place on a serving platter.
Drain spinach and mix with mushrooms stems. Add salt and spoon mixture in to mushroom caps. Serve warm.
