Ingredients:
2-3 haddock fillets (or any other fish fillets)
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Instructions:
Mix mustard, pepper, thyme, and garlic powder. Spread on fish. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish fillets and bake in 360F oven for 10-12 minutes or until fish become flaky when you test them with a fork.
Serve with small tossed salad and 1/2 a whole wheat pita.
