Great Greek Chicken Strips

Ingredients:

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
3 tbsp greek spice (in spice section)
1/2 cup lite feta cheese
1 tsp. olive oil
4 black olives

Instructions:

Cut the chicken breast in to strips. Season the strips with spice, then drizzle with olive oil. Saute the chicken cutlets over medium heat. Cook until well browned on both sides, about 4 to 5 minutes each side. When the chicken is finished cooking sprinkle on lite feta cheese and olives.
Serve with small romaine salad.
