Baked Tomato Lime Haddock

Ingredients:

4-4 to 5oz. haddock filets (or any other white fis
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1 onion, diced
1-16 oz. can diced tomatoes, un-drained
1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions:

Place fish in shallow dish. Combine limejuice, onions, tomatoes and parsley. Pour mixture on top of fish. Bake uncovered at 400F for 15-20 minutes and serve. Eat with 1/2 cup brown rice or tossed salad.
