Ingredients:
1 veggie hotdog (you can find these in the deli)
1 whole grain, flax seed wrap (sm)
1 tbsp shredded low fat cheese
1 each egg scrambled
Instructions:
Microwave veggie dog for 10 seconds, cut in half down the middle.
Scramble egg in non-stick pan sprayed with cooking spray.
When egg is cooked, put hotdog, egg, and cheese in wrap, and roll up.
Yummy!
These hotdogs are great for a quick, low fat, protein snack, just don’t over cook them, they turn into rubber.
