Anytime Lite Crepes

Ingredients:
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 egg
2/3 cup fat free milk
Cut Fresh Fruit
Fat Free Cool Whip

Recipe:
Put flour and salt in bowl and whisk together. Make a well in centre of flour mixture and add egg. Whisk egg and flour while slowly adding milk to bowl. Stir well to combine.
Spray an 8 inch non-stick pan with cooking spray, heat and add 1/4 cup of batter. Swirl until batter covers bottom of pan completely. Use spatula to lift edges of crepe, after one minute flip crepe over and cook for 30 seconds more. Transfer to plate to continue cooking the remaining batter. Should make about 6 crepes. Fill your crepes with cut up fresh fruit, fat free dessert topping, roll up like a fajita and enjoy!
