360 Power Yoga
360 power yoga is Ashtanga inspired. This style of yoga focuses power movements and breathing… creating a flow and energy between the poses.
360 Total Body
Want to get crazy? 360 Total Body Assault is a 30 minute class, which will take you to your absolute limit and then some. Based around 10 ever changing exercises, you will work as hard as you can for the full class, no stopping. Caution… this class is tough! Really tough!
360 KettleBell
A kettlebell is a centuries-old Russian training tool that looks like a bowling ball with a handle. It is basically a weight, with a handle that displaces the weight from your body. Its an amazing workout and a lot of fun! There’s no such thing as isolated muscle work in Kettlebell training.
